Phase 3: Traffic Launch
- Bio-Link Implementation: Paste Safe Link into bios. Test routing immediately.
Phase 4: Emergency Protocol
- Crisis Containment: If a processor ban occurs, refer immediately to the Emergency Ban Playbook at playbook.settlequik.org to begin recovery.
